TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Refunds will be made if Koko & Chai or the courier company is responsible for damaged or perished products provided with photo evidence. Please notify us within 24 hours so we can send a replacement or refund you.
Due to the nature of the products provided we do not offer returns. However we are very understanding and will provide a refund if there are any issue to your order.
The price payable for the Goods that you order is clearly set out on Our Website. The Price is as stated in the order total. It is possible that the price may have increased from that posted on our website. If that happens, we will not despatch the goods until you have confirmed that you wish to buy at the new price. Prices include goods and services tax (“GST”). If you show by your delivery address that you reside outside New Zealand, GST will be deducted at the payment point.
Bank charges by the receiving bank on payments to us will be borne by us. All other charges relating to payment in a currency other than New Zealand dollar will be borne by you. If, by mistake, we have under-priced Goods, we will not be liable to supply that those Goods to you at the stated price, provided that we notify you before we dispatch it to you. The price of the Goods does not include the delivery charge which will be charged at checkout at the date you place your order and which will be displayed on a page of Our Website before we ask you to pay. If we owe you money (for this or any other reason), we will credit your credit or debit card as soon as reasonably practicable but in any event no later than  days from the date when we accept that repayment is due.
Payment is due 7 days from invoice date.
A 10% fee will be added monthly if paymnet is late.

Security of your credit card

At the time you register on our site, make a purchase or agree to participate in a promotion, we collect and store your name, address, e-mail address and telephone number. At Koko & Chai we respect and understand that as a customer you are concerned about privacy and the use of your personal information. We consider the information you choose to share with us personal and confidential. We provide this explanation about our information practices to show you our commitment to protect your privacy. We do not store Credit/Debit Card Information we need the information to provide you with goods and services as requested and to let you know of any other services or products that you might be interested in. From time to time we may also gather general statistical information about our website and visitors, such as pages viewed, number of visitors, goods and services purchased, transactions completed.

Certain products or services may be available exclusively online through the website, these products or services may have limited quantities. You can purchase products in several ways at fixed prices on a one of basis, or by signing up for one of the subscriptions. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate. Koko & Chai Ltd is dedicated to providing high quality products and service.
We package our products carefully so that they are ready for the journey to your door, however we cannot 100% guarantee our products will arrive in the best condition due to factors outside our control. Upon receiving your order, if you find that the products have perished or have been damaged, you must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order. Please provide photographic evidence of the products and details of how the package was received. If we find that the damages were a result of our actions or of the courier company, we will offer a refund, partial refund or credit for your order. Refunds will not be made if you do not receive your order due to any typing errors when filling in address or comment fields when placing your order and checking out.
We provide a range of meals containing many different ingredients, some of which you may dislike or have allergies or intolerance to it is important for you to take note of the ingredients and product description of each product before purchasing and consuming. Refunds will not be made if you simply dislike the product or find that you cannot use the product due to an allergy or intolerance after receiving the product.
Great care is taken when weighing and measuring our products. However, please allow + 5% or
– 5% difference to the weight of the product. Product portions and weights are considered accurate within this range.
